Crystal Reiki Healing
Reiki, pronounced as Ray-Ki, is a gentle yet potent energy healing technique with its origins in Japan. Conceived by Mikao Usui just over a century ago, this Japanese Buddhist’s creation has gained widespread popularity in the West. Notably, private and public health authorities, including the UK’s NHS, have recognised and embraced Reiki as a valuable method.
An increasing number of individuals are turning to Reiki in conjunction with other holistic therapies as alternatives to conventional approaches. Reiki serves multiple purposes:
- Emotional Healing: Aids in navigating life’s emotional highs and lows. Taking away feelings of resentment and collections of negative feelings. It is a cumulative healing process.
- Permanent, Positive Cellular Level Changes: These changes permanently alter perceptions and activate mindfulness at a deep level. Facilitates the elimination of toxins, enhancing the body’s ability to combat diseases.

Crystals are amazing and used together with Reiki bring an infusion of high vibrational divine light and balance to you. Crystals each have their own special qualities. Which ever crystal you are drawn to is the one you need. I intuitively choose the crystal that is required for your healing and tailor a bespoke session. You will receive aura cleansing, chakra balancing and cord cutting or strengthening as needed. I offer spinal alignment and past life healing also.

What To Expect
Reiki induces positive cellular changes that permanently alter perceptions and activate mindfulness at a deep level. The cumulative nature of Reiki ensures that the more sessions you have, the more profound and lasting the healing becomes. With its preventive benefits, such as enhancing the immune system and dispelling negative feelings, it is recommended to experience a minimum of three sessions to witness transformative and enduring changes.
In addition to my experience working with children with ADHD, autism, and anxiety, I’ve also successfully assisted regular clients with chronic arthritis and MS, witnessing significant improvements through consistent Reiki sessions. Reiki is an individual and non-invasive process, tailored to each client, providing a unique experience with every treatment.
Sessions last a minimum of 90 minutes and can be hands-on or off, allowing clients to choose their preferred position. During the treatment, clients may experience electrical impulses, offering emotional release and the shedding of negative energy. The process induces a deep sense of relaxation, with some clients reporting a heaviness or light outer body experiences. Memories may surface, and vivid colours and visions may appear in the mind’s eye.
Crystal Reiki is suitable for individuals of all ages, including the very young and elderly, pregnant women, menopause and those recovering from surgery or dealing with terminal illnesses. It empowers individuals by releasing negative energies and replacing them with higher frequency vibrations, showcasing the inherent strength within each person. It is best to have a minimum of three sessions for optimal results. I am available for 2 weeks after a session to support and guide your healing journey.
